I just placed an order but realized that I want to change some details. What do I do?
Please write to our customer support directly and let us know which changes you would like to make. As orders can go in production quite quickly, it is important that you do this as soon as possible so we can apply the changes to the order before the fabric for your garments is cut.
I just unpacked my garment and it has some stains on it. What do I do?
It can happen that there are remains of tailor’s chalk left on the garment and in some cases patterns from the ironing process. Should there still be a stain afterwards, please send us a picture of it to our customer service so we can investigate this further.
I would like to make a return. What do I do?
Since our blazers are made to order for your measurements, they cannot be sold to anyone else and cannot be returned. More on this issue, please read our Terms & Conditions.
Why do you not offer customer service via phone?
For transparency reasons we decided to offer customer support by email only. We aspire to always answer your query within 24 hours Monday to Friday. Should you not receive an answer from us within this given time frame, please get in touch with us again.
What is the delivery time?
After ordering you will be informed about the estimated delivery time for your order. This estimate is based on current production queue and the actual time it usually takes to send an order from our tailor shop in Slovenia to your address. The delivery time cannot be guaranteed, as it is only a calculated estimate. We are constantly monitoring production, air freight and final delivery and are always working hard to delivery your order as soon as possible. Elite Blazer cannot be held responsible for losses, inconveniences, costs or other damages resulting from late deliveries. When your order is handed over to your local dispatcher you will get an automatic e-mail from us with a tracking link. Your order progress can be followed by logging in to “My Elite”.
